住的地方还可以，但是前台的态度简直太烂了，接待我们的时候前台的丽丽女士一直玩手机，感觉对客人不尊重，然后我们问升级房间的一些事宜，还是一副冷嘲热讽的态度，并且一直带有不尊重的态度嬉笑，我们说能不能帮我们升个级，结果丽丽女士直接笑喷了，请问你们能培训一下服务态度么？

生平第一次给酒店差评！看到酒店宣传的情调海景房照片可以看到海，结果给我安排的房间就成图片这样...问老板海在哪里？老板回答是：你定的不是豪华海景！那你就不要放图啊，让换房就让我加价升级...宣传上面阳台上还有茶几凳子，结果就是个空调外机加楼下一堆的机器设备，凳子哪去了？！房间连瓶水都没有，连床头柜都只有一个，设施也很老旧...好在以后应该也不会来青岛了，更不会住这家店了……
