住过七八次了，算是常客。这家酒店原来是很不错的，但是后期维护跟不上，服务也一差到底，实在让人失望透顶！前台服务员态度非常的差各种不耐烦，房间给的是四楼的，结果电梯门打不开，按求救铃也没有人管，标间阳台没有温泉泡池，洗澡的花洒是天花板固定住的，小孩洗澡很不方便，厕所的冲水装置是坏的，一直在漏水很吵，空调不制冷……房间卫生做的不好。不会再选择这家酒店了！

餐厅服务很差，前台很难找，找到前台还以为是卖机票的，这么大的酒店前台让人无语了，房间还是干净舒适的，也泡了温泉，总体感觉可以咯
