装修不错…床不行…睡得难受…隔音不行…楼上移动椅子会听到…外面建房…会有很多灰尘…上网的Wi-Fi 不行…还有浴袍有一件坏的的…进房间送的水居然有一瓶喝过的…而且我在投诉过后也不给我什么优惠…简直差评

一般般。订了两天的，第二天还要到前台重新刷卡，否则开不开门，而且提供的温泉卡，要天天到前台刷，否则第二天用不了，也不在入住时提前告知。一点也不人性化。并且温泉只能在晚上八点到十一点有，wifi也上不去网，基本没信号，苹果手机直接答复不能用wifi不兼容，而且12点前必须结账离店，不符合国家的规定。店家好像根本不重视服务质量，感觉他们认为客人只来一次，一锤子买卖，服务跟不上，店大欺客。室内设施性价比也不高。每年多次外出住酒店，第一次碰到这样服务的酒店。
