设施：整体不错，较新。
周边环境：紧邻北仍村，是值得一游的海南地道村落。
客房：酒店客房十分有特色，乡村风格。淋浴水量巨大，头顶雨洒舒适。浴巾、床单很新，洁白无暇。
温泉：但客房阳台上的温泉只有晚上才提供，且温泉水没有硫磺味道，手感也不滑，可惜了。酒店外面的大池子温泉非常好，水滑润且硫磺味道显著。酒店服务有待提高，特别是前台。

一，带老人和孩子出行，酒店没有配置婴儿床，二、下暴雨到酒店，居然不让停在大堂门口，保安说领导不允许，最后是怕孩子淋雨自己拿开了硬开上去的，三、到酒店大堂没有人帮忙推行李车说是下午四点才上班。然后整个过程没有人打扫卫生，总之不能说服务好不好，而是没有服务。

酒店的硬件设施是不错的，房间大也舒适，用的是原木装修很有格调，温泉也很赞，就是卫浴用品很差，前台服务员的服务意识也不够。
