环境优美，房间大，景色美，很喜欢！温泉水干净，看到工作人员换水，温泉池不大，干净！而且阳台有泡池，可以晚上在阳台自己泡，很享受！

除服务差外其他还不错。前台服务态度差、慢，居然忘了给我办退房手续。害得我次日在下一个宾馆无法办入住。把这家电话又无人接听，没办法只能把携程帮助。经过几番周折才终于在下一个宾馆住下来！

我们一行五人由朋友安排入住御泉庄酒店，该酒店座落于热带雨林之中，空气清新，环境优雅还有儿童乐园，让大人舒服小孩高兴。房间是古船木装饰，古朴典雅，还有别墅的风格。特别是室内室外都有温泉，置身于热带雨林环抱的温泉之中十分惬意！原想只住一天，大人孩子感觉都不错就又加了一天。

原来常住休闲中心，自从住了御泉庄后就住这里了！特别喜爱带温泉泡池的房间，一边喝喝茶一边泡泡温泉，唯一不好就是限制时间，如果随时随地能泡就太好了！外面北仍村的风景又非常优美！

这服务态度差的没人有，下大雨大堂不给开车上去有挡雨的地方下客！大堂没有服务生自己推行李车！房卡多开一张还要申请！前台的人一个比一个难说话动不动就说要给钱！这种酒店要投诉到老总才有服务！快点关门吧！
