第一次去泉州，虽然网上评论说泉州酒店设施比较旧，考虑到距离西街近，还是选择了泉州酒店。我在艺龙预订的房间，这里要说一下艺龙，信息不明确，容易误导人，预订的时候显示是商务房，有窗，去到酒店被告知我预订的是无窗房，要进入订单往下拉才看到是无窗房，太隐蔽。
入住时间不是旺季，酒店很好，给我们升级了房间，第一天房间靠马路，开窗噪音大，第二天又带我们去选安静的房间，无论是第一天还是第二天换房的服务员，服务水平绝对是六星服务，态度非常友好。说到设施，这样的价格，不能和价格翻倍的五星酒店来进行比较，可以说性价比是很高，强烈推荐。

很好的入住感觉。餐厅菜品味道很好，送餐即时，服务贴心。我因为登山脚崴了，酒店主动询问要不要酒店医生来看看，感觉非常温暖。体现出酒店整体服务水准很高。酒店位置优越。非常适合商务和旅行人员入住。对出门在外的人来讲，服务贴心的酒店是首选。

感觉服务非常好，离开的时候行李生会主动帮忙拿行李，去游泳的时候服务生主动询问是否需要饮品，服务热情并且不让人觉得不自在，非常棒！
