首先前台工作效率低，办入住和退房好慢。工作人员态度不够热情。接触几次没人笑。给的房间是个把脚的黑屋子，白天晚上一个样，住两天懒得去换了，不知道其他房间怎样。其他一般吧，知道在老城区，预期也不高。酒店外观和地理位置确实很好，是老城这边最好的吧，总体感觉与外观不符
