酒店环境不错，交通便利，附近吃喝逛的地方不少，离各个景点也不远，公共设施不错，有送面包券供客人买早餐，送停车券供客人停车，而且有各种床上用品供客人选择（可以选择颈椎枕，茶枕，竹枕等等），客服人员服务态度也很好，推荐入住。

一百分滿分，我只會給一分。不知所謂的低級服務質素，白白浪費了五星級的服務設施。我每星期都在全中國不同省份工作，入住的總是五星級酒店，從未有在這家泉州萬達文華酒店感受到的難受。下次再回到泉州，我肯定不會再考慮此處。
