说了好长时间要去三亚度假，这家酒店是精挑细选出来的，但是说真的它的综合实力真是达不到五星标准，也就是四星上。先说服务，不管是前台的接待和服务生等其他服务人员，他们并没有把服务当做事业，仅仅是应酬，这一点真是需要极大提升，这就是国内酒店最大的欠缺。后说设施，房间的设施还行，泳池和园景绿化不错，我们订的是高尔夫景观房，房子基本上都在二楼，根本看不到什么景观，酒店打的标语是高尔夫，说真的这家酒店和附近的高尔夫会所就是两回事。其次是餐饮，早餐和酒店打的五星真是不搭配，绿菜极少，口味淡，北方的宾客基本上不习惯。最后是位置，在鹿回头公园附近，没有车的宾客还是不方便，酒店门口可以看到凤凰岛，景色不错，酒店对面有不少便利店和餐饮小吃，比较方便。综合点评也就是四星过一点。
