去芯海福不枉此行，酒店特别好，酒店前是海景，后面是湖景，进门口前台宾客主任小李就很热情的过来帮忙拿行李，无论走到哪里服务都是感觉到家了，当时我感觉都惊呆了，订了300元左右的酒店还有这种服务。特别喜欢酒店的恒温泳池特别棒，里面还有汗蒸室，湿蒸室，随意选，都是免费的，茶艺室特别好，里面能喝功夫茶，书画，图书馆，简直不要不要的。总结：海棠湾性价比最高的酒店，下次一定还会在来。唯一遗憾的是走的时候没能跟宾客主任见上面。

过来带着小孩度假，非常棒！满意！酒店位置在三亚海棠湾距离海昌不夜城和免税店特别近很方便。房间设施：房间非常的新，都是五星酒店标准配置，有个智能马桶。房间景色：订的园景房，前台给升级住的海景房，房间有大阳台，在阳台上能直接看到远海景，还有山景，在阳台上坐着吹着微风特别舒服。服务：前台服务没得说，特别表扬前台宾客主任小李，非常的热情，有什么问题马上给我们解决。酒店环境：酒店非常的大，有好多活动，有台球室，乒乓球室，还有电影院，茶室，钢琴室等等...好多。性价比：目前是我在住的五星酒店里面性价比最高的一家。

新的酒店公寓，临时预定了一晚，这家性价比特别高，工作人员态度好，客房设施也很新，早餐也还可以，自驾出游方便

这次入住体验超棒，办理入住的前台服务特别好，而且还给我升级了视野比较好的高楼层，房间设施齐全，宽敞舒服，性价比超高

养生谷离海很近，稍微偏远，但是可以打车，路上还有共享电动车，还是很方便的，酒店里面很大，设施齐全，游泳池，汗蒸房，健身房等一应俱全，餐食也都新鲜，设施和环境都非常好的，只是不知是新开业，还是太忙了，前台经常搞错，住了3个晚上，门卡多次消磁，订单查询很久，续住以后又被追问是否续房，说查不到订单，入住第一天赠送的果盘从下午4点多问过，直到晚上9点又催了2遍才送来，这种小事其实挺影响心情的，酒店的服务人员总体都是很好的，很热情，或许是酒店系统的问题吧，整体满意，值得入住
