前台处理问题及时，服务到位。后来房间漏水，维修人员来了好像没处理好！前台反应还是比较快的，第二次反应漏水问题，没给到处理结果。可能人民房间太多忙不过来了，基本上大问题都解决了。 🧹卫生：四颗星 🍃环境：还是比较好的，空气新鲜。 🔔服务：达到星级标准 🚗 交通：沙滩巴士小哥哥为了我们还加了一趟，特别感谢！人比较热情，服务意识强。666

酒店位置虽然没有那么靠海，但酒店提供免费电瓶车可以送到海边，步行有7分钟也到了。环境很不错，房间很干净，空间很大，适合亲子，设施齐全，服务人员很热情。唯一不满意的地方就是早餐餐厅的餐具不干净的太多，提过意见后，好了很多。希望以后能在早餐的品种上有所增加，更丰富一些就好了。

本来预订了5晚铂尔曼，入住后才发现破旧不堪，踩了大雷，果断舍弃铂尔曼，特意搜到这家2021年新开的，住的山景房，一大一小2个房间，还有一个大客厅，性价比超高，果然没让我失望，房间干净舒适，装修简洁素雅，布局有点像公寓，有大冰箱和电磁炉，酒店早餐比较丰富，有2个泳池，离百花谷打车还不到10元，唯一不足就是不靠海边，不过酒店有半小时一趟的班车负责海边接送，不到5分钟路程

一家人入住三亚这家酒店，非常喜欢这家酒店，装修比较新，还有儿童玩的地方，特别感到惊喜，晚上餐厅门口竟然搞了小活动，套圈猜谜语，答对了还给小礼品，孩子特别开心。早餐也还行，关键特别表扬一下工号42835这位小姐姐，由于我们早上起来晚了，餐厅已经关门了，小姐姐热情的帮我们协调，一家人才吃上早餐，真心感谢。下次来三亚一定还会来住这家酒店。

🚗 交通：有去免税店，亚龙湾海边，森林公园的接驳车，游玩很方便 🧹卫生：设备齐全，布置的物品很细节，还有卸妆棉和棉签，一次性拖鞋质量很好，还有沙滩洞洞鞋。楼下洗衣房洗完了上来可以在阳台晾衣服，会配有脏衣篓和很多晾衣架。 🍃环境：每天游玩回来房间都有打扫很干净哦 🔔服务：礼宾部小陈给力，每天约车、回答问题很耐心 —— 房间阳台外面就是山和湖，没有别的住户，所以我们住了4天都没有拉窗帘。一个薄薄的白纱就够了，天亮了阳光洒进房间，太治愈了！而且定的早，价格也很实惠。性价比非常高。
