酒店环境很好，尤其是前台客服安娜连续两晚免费给升级了房间并且走的时候因为机票是晚上的，正常十二点退房跟安娜说了之后直接延到两点，服务态度特别好而且很人性化，感谢安娜！

酒店在三亚湾，距离机场很近，适合行程的尾声来住住，三亚湾新铺的沙滩不错，而且酒店有地下通道及自己的服务区，感觉特别贴心。酒店整体设施很好，两个儿童活动区，n个泳池，浓浓的度假风，早餐及服务都很好，获得了房间升级，海景超赞，下次还会选择铂尔曼！
