开始是冲着铂尔曼这几个字来的，首次去到房间，见到美丽海景和房间还是不错，不过住了2天觉得总体觉得一般。酒店各设施没有总体指示，临走时才知道有儿童乐园，儿童乐园提示板一直提示内在区域也是无人看管，这就不应该。还有一个上楼的较近的门口电子锁想似锁上，其实大力点就开了，觉得安排没有到位，附近也没有看到安保人员。地上车位不足，地下车库电梯不能直通大堂。Wifi在退房后马上用不了，不应该。性价比不高。

大堂气派，观海阁的套房很宽敞，阳台风景惊艳。花园很美。早餐很不错。印象最深的是服务，大堂每一位服务生都会主动询问客人需求，开车门、提行李等等，让人体会到酒店管理高水平。住过不少国内国际品牌的五星级酒店，这里是服务最好的。不足的是设施有些地方比较旧。
