几年前来希尔顿酒店管理和服务态度非常好👍但是这次来了以后太让我失望了，有五星的标准，没有五星的服务，从礼宾服务到前台在到服务中心在到餐饮服务差差差入住一晚就想赶紧换别的酒店反正不会再来了，三亚真该好好整顿挂星的酒店了！

预定的池畔房，总体感觉还可以，但也仅限于可以了，同时还在文华住了一天，明显觉得文华的室内设施更好些。先说优点，曲奇的确好吃，有免费接送机，去免税店购于打九五折。重点说不足：1房间设施老旧，室内装潢非常普通，也可能希尔顿就是这个风格，但施舍真的已经很旧了，不像个五星酒店该有的样子。2太潮，池畔房本就邻水，房间更潮，感觉被子能挤出水。3吃了一次晚间海鲜自助，海鲜少就算了，禁渔期理解，但蚊子实在太多，不知道我是去吃饭还是去喂饭，没好好吃就被咬回来。
