前台不友好而且一问三不知，事后被告知是资深管家，又改口新人冒用其他员工系统给我们办理的入住?!床单被罩都是潮湿的。被换了房，保险箱坏的又一直在报警无法让人休息，等来了工程人员维修，期间房屋大敞进来很多蚊子。每次处理问题的等待时间超长。晚饭耽误到九点多。设施不安全，第二天游完泳户外淋浴地灯漏电被电的腿抽筋的感觉，为其他游客着想报告后没然后了，更没说去检修没。泳池全部是大浴池的规格有很丑的金属栏杆围起来无法平时通行进入。期间施工不断，还有人会大嗓门一直敲门告诉你水管刚刚维修了，不知道的以为在招待所呢，水是黄的，其他小问题就不提了。不建议家庭来，尤其带孩子的，慎重吧，毕竟出门住宿环境和安全很重要。
