嗯 亲子项目不多 游乐设施有点破旧 泳池只开放了一个 酒店设施还可以 服务很一般 几乎没有感受到服务 办理入住等了三个小时 前台永远在排队 只有两个前台接待人员 总体不如我第一天随便住的三亚湾伯尔曼 就这样

对酒店提供的租车服务非常不满意，存在欺诈行为！服务人员没有明确告知可行驶里程！她一直跟我们强调还车时间和还车油量。严重怀疑该公司存在故意欺诈客户行为，非常不满意！租车还限制公里数这本身就是霸王条约！！！br对酒店的房间，和大堂工作人员都很满意！

服务一般，没有五星感觉，前台Lilian到行李生的服务过程中一点热情没感受到，应付比较贴切。石梅湾，清水湾，海棠湾，亚龙湾，三亚湾，这一路住下来，海棠湾希尔顿感受最差。

位置确实好，但是海棠湾水质太差～海景跟亚龙湾没法比～希尔顿跟亚龙湾的没得比～服务相对都冷漠点，但也说得过去～泳池太一般
