上午11点到酒店，告知办不了入住，要13点可以办理，出去转了圈，13点半过来告知还是办不了，好我就等到15点，还是办不了，还有一样的客人现场投诉，结果没人管，没人处理，只派个保安跟着那个投诉人估计怕闹事吧，酒店房间设施陈旧，推拉隔断是坏的，入住时要了一个儿童浴衣，住了两天都没看到，早餐同类酒店比极差，不推荐入住，酒店内部大堂入住服务都说这个酒店前台办理有问题，极差极差，不怕受气你就来。
