酒店是五星，但服务太差，就入住办理 全部客人都必须排队等候到三点，人多 又热 尤其是带小孩子中午小孩午睡 一点不人性化 我们一共定了三间房 和酒店沟通先拿一间房 酒店态度很强硬的拒绝 办理入住时间长 强烈推荐大家不要选择此酒店

有几位服务员主动打招呼，有做到哦🙋🙋♂️大堂简洁大方，豪华海景房的海景还是不那么开阔哎～阳台略小，度假咯还是很惬意的，好评啦～

非常非常非常差的体验～ 首先 入住页面显示15:00可以入住，前台没有空调，全是人，原地等待了40分钟～关键我们还带了婴儿、期间要求提早入住，回复说：没有这项服务～ 入房间，婴儿床提早就告知需要～ 打了几个电话 才送过来～ 最后 那么闷热的天气 空调打不凉～！！巨热～ ！！无语的服务！！！
