真是郁闷，进门check in就排队老半天，居然又遇到系统问题，房卡不能制作，这是什么情况？然后找房间，有好远好远。三楼的大床房，居然是两张小床拼起来的！中间硬的一条你让我们怎么睡？大床房这么坑！!打前台电话不接，服务中心电话打了5个没人接，第六个接通了说帮我转接前台，然后又是无人接听。这偌大的酒店遇到问题居然找不到人处理，还5星级？早上退房反映问题也是爱理不理，这次体验是我在三亚住的最糟心的，垃圾酒店！很老很旧，房间有霉味，被子潮潮的！！！

太差劲了，太差劲了，有些服务员对人爱答不理的，我订了三个晚上，孩子发高烧我只想住一个晚上，退两个晚上，酒店还让我出病例报告，我让他们直接上房间量孩子体温，他们不来，这样强制让客人住，糟蹋了五星

住过最糟心的酒店。设施很旧，房间装修硬件三星的水平，服务真让人无语，入住房间一股发霉的味道，床品潮湿的快要拧出水了，要个洗发水一个小时都送不过来，希尔顿外见，以后绝对不会住希尔顿了
