海南所有的酒店环境都差不多，唯独这个酒店消费太贵，外面买1.5的可乐，他要价40+15%服务费，其它的菜就不用说了！这生意比银行印钞机要划算的多！望在订此酒店时请慎重考虑

酒店还好吧，这里不能下海，海浪大，酒店有提示，显然一直不能下海，服务一般，效率很低，酒店办理入住退房一般半个小时左右

环境好，房间设施齐全。住着很舒服，酒店环境和早餐都很不错，就是打车很难，不过海棠湾哪个地方打车都不容易。另外，服务员的效率稍微有点低，其他还是很满意的。

环境没得说，很好。唯一不足就是自助晚餐的海鲜不新鲜，水果很一般。泳池很棒，吃过早饭游一会儿棒极了

办理入住的时候，前台免费升级了套房，服务热情，因为是新开发的沙滩，人也比较少，安静，舒适，是度假的好地方，用餐也很齐全，打扫卫生的阿姨很贴心的把我洗过的内衣拿出去晒了，这里的环境服务都是一流，下次还会来…
