前台服务挺好的，主动介绍酒店信息，办理入住很快。管家Queenie服务也很好，遇到的小问题都有耐心的给我们解决。跟朋友一起的旅程安排的非常顺利，房间住的很舒适。

来三亚度假都住这家，在海棠湾，旁边就是免税店，交通方便，酒店整体卫生很好，大堂香氛很好闻，Tibbers服务很热情，客房卫生打扫的非常好，床上用品也很干净，睡起来很舒服，室外公共泳池和房间里的泳池都很干净，水质很好。别墅旁边植物很多，会有些叶子落在泳池里，客房也会及时帮忙打捞清理干净。

来三亚玩。下次到三亚玩儿还会入住这家酒店，住宿体验非常完美，员工的服务都很好，管家Jessica很有礼貌，主动打招呼，耐心，专业，很热情。尤其是管家，很有亲和力，形象气质佳，做事利索，有问题沟通很顺畅，对客人的需求也都有一个主动的回应。

这家酒店其价比还是比较高的，免费帮我们加了会员，用餐可以享受9.5折，酒店网络免费，可以免费停车，房间还有免费迷你吧，感觉物超所值。Tibbers服务也很热情，酒店位置很好，海棠湾风景优美，地理位置优越，离免税店很近，很方便。

酒店服务很好，管家Tibbers还贴心的提醒我们早餐到中午十二点，不怕起的晚没有东西吃。园区里环境很幽雅，生态环境一万个赞，房间内的大窗子可以很好的欣赏外面的美景
