位于海棠湾一线海景海岸线一片都是各家高级酒店。康莱德位置比较隐蔽 里面都是别墅类型 一对一管家服务 私密性比较好。有私家泳池。早餐送房间。适合休闲度假。房间典雅装修 但是设施有一点落后了 有锈痕 没有智能马桶。服务态度比较好属于有求必应型。

疫情期间能订到泳池别墅很不容易，前台接待我们的王小姐服务超级棒，对小朋友超有爱心，送了酒店的吉祥物小海豚，还为我们安排了精美的下午茶，还陪小朋友玩耍聊天，另外酒店客房主管赵武林主管服务很周到，每个生活细节都安排的很妥当，这次体验很舒服，很开心
