酒店设施齐全，环境好前台服务员热情，洒店干净整洁舒适位置优越……前台服务员热情，入住一个星期，楼层服务员服务热情周到细致，由其是陈豪服务热心，对待客户有耐心因为住了一个星期全家三口人开了2个房间，有时候需要洗衣服找到陈豪借用晒衣架，陈豪很热情的帮助我们送到房间晒衣架，我们很感谢．酒店管理人员很专业的为客户提供优质的服务，不愧是五星酒店管理的很专业高端．以后来三亚度假还要住这个酒店⋯赞赞

酒店干净卫生，阳台正对着海湾，不时的有鱼跳出水面，微风吹着，很舒适，如果不赶时间，在阳台上躺着休息一下也是很惬意。酒店到第一市场很近，可以去吃个海鲜。酒店对面是酒吧一条街，晚上年轻人多。
