前台接待服务员态度差，一进房间就闻到了一股很重的霉味，卫生间洗漱池浴缸都有很严重的霉斑，床也是一股霉味，导致度假回来后我和我太太皮肤都产生了不同程度的瘙痒和红点。房间里连一次性拖鞋都没用，都是重复使用的橡胶拖鞋，定了豪华园景房大床，你能想象所谓的豪华园景大床房的大床只有1.5米吗？人家酒店双床每个床还1.2米呢！大床就比人家多30cm啊，真实醉了。没定他们家早餐，也能想象他们家早餐是什么样，333/晚的价格多加50块钱附近有太多比他家好N倍的酒店了，强烈不推荐

酒店比较偏，离机场很近，经常听到飞机飞过的噪音，可能也是由于离机场近，信号很差，Wi-Fi几乎是摆设，只有到了一楼大堂才能勉强有两格的信号。带宝宝去的，宝宝不喜欢，哭闹不要住，预付了5天，想要提前退房，酒店和艺龙用三方协议不退款扯皮推诿。最后经过反复协商，酒店方面才同意只退款两天的房费，我住了一天，却付了三天房费，不过总比全部不给退好，这个事情还是感谢酒店的。不过我吃一堑长一智，之后会仔细研究艺龙订房的细则。不然一旦有变动，真的太麻烦。艺龙的客服就像机器答录机一样，只会说协议规定不退款。总之是一次让人郁闷的经历。公道的说，酒店价格比较便宜，离海比较近，是酒店的优点。
