和女友来三亚玩，想找个价位适中干净位置好有泳池的酒店，在网上找了很久，鸿洲最后中标，结果来后环境服务觉得真心不错，免费升级海景房，以后来三亚就在这里下榻了。

内部设施比较简陋，厅里就摆了几把椅子，感觉很没档次。另外有好多团队游客住在这里，我们正在排队办理入住时，领队竟然插队，而且服务员还不好意思管，最后我们据理力争，服务员才板着脸先给我们办理，还不住的和领队道歉。看来这个店以团队为主，不重视个人游客，下次不考虑入住了。
