前台服务员态度不是很好，用自助机买了个冰淇淋，结果冰淇淋卡住了，下不来。找了前台，前台就一句不归我管。直至十分钟后冰淇淋自己掉下来，可惜都化了。泳池在二楼，有点小。前台告知了要拼床，结果等到退房时也没有人来拼。总之不会来第二次。
