客房的服务员不错，前台副理太没素质，孩子十来岁还要去开证明，派出所的位置又告诉错了，折腾了两个来小时，本来很好的心情全黑了。

相对说性价比算好点的，我定个普通房给我换了个大房。但酒店装修风格偏中式，太压抑，黑丫丫的，特别是前台后面那一大块背景太黑，上到房间里门后有一部分墙都掉磁粉了，感觉里面潮湿味重，不舒服，游泳池要出大门绕过大富豪KTV门口往后走也不方便。早餐也一般。位置较三亚湾机场远，感觉地理位置有些偏开车从三亚湾去要6-7分钟。总体感觉是住的三家酒店当中较差的一家。

1.淋浴间台阶断裂，水渗漏到洗脸间，起夜滑倒摔肿手指、肘、肩。跟总台反映，只会说对不起，大堂经理不见出来。要赶飞机，愤离。望举一反三，全检一遍，避免再摔伤客人。尤其老年人易骨折。2. 不给开发票。来时不给登记，让自己上网订。离开时又以网订为由不给开发票。刁难客人。 服务员素质差。 3. 并不临海，左边是山，右边远望港湾一角，名不符实。 4. 被褥潮湿。 5.餐厅价高、量少。 转大半个中国，最不靠谱的星级酒店。 不建议入住。
