房间卫生基本可以 但是天花板上有好多蜘蛛和蜘蛛网 对于5星级酒店来说这是很大问题 肯定是0容忍的
周边位置靠近机场 如果是坐飞机的话还是很方便的
服务有待提高 和前台要求送行李了 前台告诉我自己去找行李员沟通 我哪知道行李员在哪呢 最后只能自己拿 60岁老人自己推着有4个大箱子的行李车进房间
设施方面因为是新酒店 各方面硬件还是不错的
总体来说硬件不错 软件实在是较大提升空间 挂牌5星实际是多少是空的呢？有待考量 相信开元集团肯定有规范的标准 希望能够内部好好管理 不要砸了开元集团的招牌
