真心不知道该如何评价，酒店与同程之间不知什么原因竟然没有收到我的预定信息，导致家人（还有一个一岁多的小宝宝）凌晨在大堂等待近两个小时。最终酒店给做了升级和服务，从酒店的硬件设施（房间很大，干净卫生，无异味）和丰富的早餐来看，确实其口碑在同程里排名第一确实不假！所以如果免去沟通问题，酒店确实不错👍
