希尔顿欢朋酒店确实非常不错，住宿环境好，交通方便，服务到位。还专门给升级了房型。特别是小史经理待人接物非常令人舒服，让客人感觉宾至如归。

前台服务很好，还给升级成套间，晚上赠送水果住的很舒适又延住两晚，每次来三亚一般都换一两个五星酒店住，感觉性价比很高，周边吃海鲜方便。我们订房送了一次游艇出海，满怀希望准备了浮潜装备，结果磨磨蹭蹭的停到东岛附近让人参加深潜，宣传的徒有其表，本来是想领略一下祖国的南海，结果让人大失所望，服务人员看我浮潜还说些乱七八糟的话，下次看海去西沙群岛吧虽说价格快赶上马代了，满足我的爱国情怀。

整体说说，进大堂办理入住时，有白衬衣的关怀经理小史给予优质的接待服务，客房里的设施齐全，视野很好，餐厅服务人员热情，泳池水干净，挺好的体验感
