新开的，在海航渡假酒店旁边一个新公寓楼，房间 不错也便宜，就是要先在酒店办手续再电瓶车摆渡过去麻烦了点。
周围有施工，房间很棒，有家的感觉，必须自己租车旅游，否则很不方便！在三亚湾，吃早餐要摆丁丁车，遇上下雨不方便！早餐很棒，下次还会考虑
