犹豫个人原因身份证丢失无法入住，大堂服务员告知去天涯去派出所开证明，花了30块钱打车到天涯派出所后，得知该酒店不属于天涯派出所管辖，属于三亚湾派出所管，又打车返回去。其实酒店离此派出所挺近的，服务员业务水平有待提高
