酒店位置还不错，在三亚湾路边，房间设施齐全，有的房型有洗衣机冰箱电磁炉，洗衣机对于带娃的家庭来说很重要！！电磁炉需要自带锅具。酒店服务很好，人性化，因为我们需要双床，在没有可调剂的情况下，酒店给免费升级了，意外惊喜！果断把后面的酒店取消了，改成京海！

办理入住前台小姐态度很好，房间也不错，就是进来的时候有点潮。就是大堂的服务员看着像没吃饭一样问什么都爱答不理的。

酒店位置可以，但服务质量差，早起的航班退房开发票，打印机总是打歪，他们调不好说调好了给我邮寄，本来可以现场拿走的因为你们需要邮寄，邮寄就邮寄吧居然还到付，你们酒店是有多抠呢。小家子气
