这次入住东翼豪华房，房间设施都可以，但是基本上所有的东翼豪华房都会阳台直接面对酒店大堂，视线非常差，楼层矮的房间感觉非常压抑，建议入住海景房

入住当天出现小问题，本来气得全体人员要去大吵前台的。后来当班主管Renz Yan也算尽责的处理了当时的情况，这个是值得表扬一下的。但也希望你们可以检讨一下，希望不要再发生类似的问题。让每个客人能愉快的入住

酒店位置很好，就在海边，有泳池和沙池，适合小孩。顺着椰树长廊走过去就能到吃饭的地方
