酒店位置很好，离机场比较近，晚上达到的航班，带着孩子滴滴十几块钱十来分钟就到了；过个马路就是海滩。服务也好，还没下车门口迎宾帮忙开车门拿行李、前台帮忙升级了侧海景房、碰到的每个工作人员都微笑打招呼、热情服务，特别表扬一下打扫房间的小高非常细心，我们出门的时候跟她打了个招呼，她就发现我们带着宝宝，特意多留了两瓶水给我们，虽然两瓶水事小，但这么贴心真的让我们很感动。
下次来三亚肯定还住你们酒店！

两大两小去三亚玩，比较了好多酒店，最后定的克拉码头，首先说酒店位置，从机场可以直接坐8路到海韵酒店下，过马路就到，很方便。酒店前台曲小姐帮我办的入住手续，全程态度很好，还升级了房间。房间每天打扫，看我们有孩子，还多送两瓶水外加儿童牙刷，服务很贴心，需要什么直接打电话跟前台说，很快就跟送过来，酒店的自助早餐也很好，有我最爱的粉，哈哈。这次三亚行很开心，以后有机会还住克拉码头。
