酒店在两条马路的中间，大堂设在四楼，不像高档酒店。艺玉订的代理房（吐槽，现在艺龙订的优惠代理房，酒店给的房间位置都不好），安排的六楼，房间旁边开有spa水疗室。房间直接正对市医院住院楼，楼下是医院停车场。卫生间是百叶窗，因为正对着11层高的住院楼，晚上都不敢开灯，不过房间里的灯也挺暗的。房间有些旧，许多地方都有磨损，双人沙发的中间位置很梗人，房间也很紧凑，不像图片上看起来大。一直都有轰隆隆的声音，晚上睡觉必须关上阳台门，打开空调，好在空调不吵。一次性的拖鞋有特色，虽然需要单独要。早餐还行。不面对三亚河的11-18号房并且楼层低于12楼的房间，性价比低。

总体来说还不错，还可以自己做菜，我们去了第一海鲜市场买海鲜，边上很多加工店价格不便宜，自己做的菜又干净又实惠，酒店环境对于这个价格来说还是不错的，停车也免费，早上还有免费的自助餐，而且菜不错，有点遗憾的就是卫生间有异味，其他很不错，酒店望出去风景也不错
