酒店服务很规范，是星级管理水平，晚餐（自费）、早餐都很方便，但价格有点贵，星级宾馆嘛！酒店内环境很好，游泳池也不错（就是水还可以搞得干净些，对下池的客人可提些装备上的要求：如带帽子。。。）。交通方便，附近有公交车站，出门不远就是三亚湾海边。

房间很大，有一张桌子，凑齐人可以打牌，设施齐全，隔音效果还可以，北面的机场可以能看到，飞机起落声音几乎听不到；五楼即可看见面前的海域，左面能看到凤凰岛的5个高楼（晚上夜景灯光秀很漂亮）。无线很给力，基本不卡，面南小阳台有两张椅子，很舒服，吹着海风，喝着啤酒，和朋友聊天，看着楼下的泳池。。。整个酒店格局略显局促，前面的楼是旅行团队常订的，东侧正在建设新的五星级酒店（应该也是力合的，没来得及细看），未来有所期待。稍微不足的是前台服务有些慢，先登记好房间，被告知只有一间房已退，正在打扫，先去吃午饭后回来还没有打扫好，又等了半个多小时，还好本人比较耐心，否则。。。
