酒店位置很好，设施也不错，但是让人不开心的是，我十二点到前台说在打扫卫生，让2点入住，我说可以，就和我老公出去玩了一圈，等快四点的时候我俩回酒店准备入住，他们说已经打扫完了，结果打开房门是这样的未打扫的状态，并且毫无解释，打电话就说会让人来打扫没有任何歉意，这让我很失望。
