真的很喜欢文华，到酒店一下车酒店里的服务员就送上花环，为小朋友送上小礼物很贴心。酒店房间也是非常整洁舒适。我们每次早上吃完早餐海边玩好回房间，一进房间就看到打扫的非常干净，准备了新鲜水果，服务真心不错。走在路上，每个酒店里的人看到都会向你问好，很有礼貌！另外早餐也是很丰富的，当然服务也是棒棒的！👍这次住这里唯一不足的就是电视机了，不清楚，不過我也没找酒店的服务员相信去找的话肯定会解决的。😄反正以后去三亚文华是必去的，点个赞👍

酒店超赞的！环境很好，酒店很私密，服务超级好，出游几天完全就泡在酒店里了，孩子玩的也很高兴，很满意！唯一不太满意的是酒店侍者告知第一市场停业整顿了并推荐了一家饭店，结果感觉被宰了，而且第一市场并没有停业！所以想要出去吃不要太相信前台接送的侍者，他们帮叫的车应该也有提成，不如自己滴滴…不过整体还是超级满意的。服务员态度也好，见面都会微笑打招呼
