自认为三亚大东海最好的酒店，我最爱住的地方，地段私密，环境很好，接待完美，价格合理，早餐丰富！只是，相比之前去的时候，也许是今年有了军区管理，酒店有点低价，导致吃早餐排队，酒店也没有做出相应的答复，希望以后好好改进一下，毕竟我对文华东方酒店的感觉还是相当不错的，以后还会再去，而且在大东海也只住这个地方！

房间超级大，开门小院子面对大草坪，感觉到处是泳池，私密性很好，也有适合小孩子的池子。值得一提的是酒店的服务，真诚热情！必须得为酒店全体员工点赞！

酒店位置很隐蔽，在大东海的边上，24小时电瓶车接送，酒店大堂和客房以及餐厅等位置比较分散，全程依靠电瓶车，适合带孩子，海滩是珊瑚礁海滩，石头多，游出一两米就是珊瑚礁了，提供海滩防揸脚的鞋，也可以自己带，服务很好，很好的体验，推荐这里，

这次是慕名而来，漂亮的园林和优质的服务是亮点。酒店园林在三亚酒店里应该是很有优势的了，虽然小宝基本让人抱，我们每天至少要在酒店里逛一大圈，时不时就闻到花香，海景也无敌漂亮。
缺点也很突出，室内设施一般，床上用品和浴巾已经发灰，一个泳池由于连着沙子池的缘故很不清亮。不过妥帖的服务和美丽的酒店环境让我因为这些缺点带来的不快消弭了很多。
