这次在三亚住的时间长，在红树林木棉酒店住了7天，酒店无论是硬件还是软件服务都很赞！这里尤其要提到给我们客房服务的服务员余小省，每天游玩一整天精疲力尽的回到酒店，房间收拾的整整齐齐，客用品补充的很充足，就连睡衣都帮我们叠好了，让我们有家一样的感觉。再一次感谢红树林度假世界，给我留下了深刻的印象，下次来三亚，我一定将红树林作为我的首选，也会将酒店推荐给身边的所有人！

环境不错，房间很大，就是去海边不方便，吃了泳池孩子玩儿的游乐设施没有免费的

酒店非常大，设施齐全，可以待一两天不出门也不会无聊，特别是美食街选择多而且价格便宜。
Check in的时候说没房间要给换到菩提去，没同意，最后换到了皇后棕，接近下午3点才入住。
早餐的水准完全达不到5星标准。
总的来说性价比还是不错的。

酒店免费泳池水很脏，工作人员就拿海绵直接擦洗泳池，里面还有很多很小的小孩子呢。这是对客人最大的不尊重！亚马逊水上乐园那边设施很好，孩子玩的开心。工作人员门口的，涌浪池边的，那叫一个没人性！跟谁欠他似的！素质很差！态度恶劣！
