出行一个月住过好多酒店，远着红树林也是之前在亚龙湾红树林住过一周觉得很满意才选择了三亚湾红树林，定的椰林服务员说最好住棕榈王国小孩子可以游玩都是通票，我们果断加价调换了房间，没有想到还是一个临街房间总是有飞机飞过小孩子都没法休息，六点钟叫服务员打扫一下房间竟然说服务员下班了，自己收拾一下吧，服务电话打了五六遍都没有接通，任何酒店都是免费提供饮用水，服务员竟说只有两瓶多了收费，第二天早上吃早点八十几公分的孩子还要收早餐费，早餐超级差，什么也没有吃的东西都是凉的，什么服务啊，这是我住过最差的服务酒店

可恶之极！不吐不快！为什么我叫的外卖不可以送进来？为什么歧视外卖小哥？人家也是靠体力挣钱，低级吗低等吗？为什么进不了你红树林？作为一个高级酒店，不从自己问题出发，就靠这些维持自己仅有的一点利益，可悲吗？客户为什么叫外卖？一是酒店的饭菜品种不够客户选择，二是酒店价格高昂！这不是酒店自己应该考虑的问题吗？如果客户让亲戚或者朋友送外卖进来，你也挡住吗？现代社会，还有职业歧视，是不是企业悲哀？是不是经营者的可恶？！难道是资本家歧视怀疑劳动者吗！！！
