体验非常不好，13点来酒店还没打扫说最少要1个小时，游泳池说晚上6点才开放，酒店的小孩游乐园是收费的，儿童水上乐园也收费，这些都没写清楚，如果说清楚，绝对不说

酒店服务一般，一个问题问了几个服务员，都说不知道，连前台接待员也不知道！上午11点联系客服说烧水壶用不了，对方说等会送过来，等到一点半才送来，送来后还是送坏的，也用不了！再打电话过去，也回复送过来，结果等一个下午都没给我们换个烧水壶！真是无语！
