住宿环境挺好，就是浴缸旁边的台子上有小蜘蛛，我用开水冲了好久，希望酒店勤打扫吧。住在这里确实不需要门票了。

总体还是可以的！就是去之前接电话的客服态度有点敷衍，本身去南山那边就不熟悉，问客服也没给说路线，大中午的拎着行李箱走了半小时，挥汗如雨啊！希望贵公司这方面提高一下，毕竟是服务行业，希望给予每位客户细心优质的服务，这样贵公司也会发展得更好！😊😊😊

不错，住在南山里面都感觉有仙气了。如果酒店的电瓶车能够直接接送住店客人到各个园区站点就更完美

房间很大清净雅致，订这家酒店还省了入园的门票，很划算。来南山游玩，很适合订这家酒店，出行游园很方便，离南海观音很近
