订这家酒店之前打电话给酒店，酒店说没两房可以升级为三房，下完订单到酒店后被酒店人员告知三房里有个房间是要锁住的，因我是在同程担保的单没法取消，这么忽悠我们，当初怎么不在电话里面提前说房间要被锁住一间呢，投诉到旅游热线后酒店人员谎话连篇，苦于没有电话录音要受这种气，9月8号早上在当班的某个短发前台态度极其恶劣，说句道歉就完事的事非得那副嘴脸。请问你拽什么，要是全酒店都是你这样的员工，酒店迟早关门。

五一带着宝宝去玩的。升级了海景房。房间很大带阳台。住了两天。还想继续住的可惜要回家了。床睡的也很舒服。卫浴也不错就是卫生间马桶格局有点小。出行只有打车去市区。br酒店隔一个马路就是沙滩海边环境很赞。推荐推荐
