昨年来三亚没住海韵酒店，去椰梦长廊玩儿的时候发现海韵酒店很方便，出门就是沙滩，方便孩子玩儿沙滩和回酒店睡觉。所以今年选择在海韵入住，体验感非常好，干净卫生，早餐丰富，孩子很喜欢。下次来三亚还是会入住海韵，也会推荐更多的朋友入住海韵。希望海韵一如既往的保持。

差评，**，为什么不给退订？我要告你！我订了三天酒店，微信支付的，因公务在身取消了出行计划，机票都退了，已经损失了2000元，酒店一分钱都没有退，哪里有酒店这样当强盗的，拿着人家钱不给，你可以扣一部分，但是一分钱不给也说不过去啊，我要投诉你们！

酒店还可以，房间还可以，可惜没有室内恒温游泳池，前台服务还好，拿行李的小哥也可以，就是买冰琪凌的店服务员态度不好，泳池边的有小哥也态度不好，其余都还可以，比起海滩湾的喜来登酒店热情方面还是差了点，各方面也不同，不过价格也不同。有一点是可以完善的，就是吃早饭，喜来登有专人排位，没有位置的在外面等，里面有空位了，由专人带到位置上，这个是自己去抢，不管多晚来，只要你赶到好时机就可以抢到位置。
