服务态度恶劣，定的是全海景房，但是给的是园景，反映情况以后酒店人员说当时房间没打扫出来，是我们不愿意等，呵呵，根本就没人说过房间没打扫出来！直接给开的园景房！沟通无果，没有解决任何问题！退房后有东西忘拿走，我不知道为什么查房的时候没有人告知有东西落在酒店，后来打电话给酒店，酒店说没有东西，但是我确定在酒店，打了两次电话，酒店人员才说是落在酒店了...反正这是我住过用户体验最差的酒店了！最差没有之一！

酒店很不错，除了位置一般，其他都很好，酒店还给免费升级雅致大床，房间特别大。总体感觉很好。离大东海很近，就公交就到。

感觉酒店这一片属于土豪去区，在朋友的推荐下来到了这家酒店，果然名不虚传好，帆船就在酒店大堂对面，酒店海景也是棒棒哒，看见酒店旁边有一家很不错的健身房
