讲真，酒店硬件设施都很好，被褥浴巾都很有质感，卫生做的也很到位，客房服务人员也亲切，碰到了会打招呼，就是前台有位工作人员态度不是很好，给酒店反应了之后，销售经理亲自给我打了电话，积极处理，很重视顾客的感受，这点真的很赞，相信有这么好的硬件设施和这么好的管理层，酒店会越来越好的。
