酒店环境十分不错，硬件设施很好，房间大宽敞，早餐丰富，地理位置在海棠湾，不算繁华，游泳池很棒，私人海滩安静干净，就是价格贵。值得推荐。

我们亚龙湾住了两晚再来的这里，先说下周边环境比亚龙湾还是差很多的，再说酒店，入住体验比亚龙湾的希尔顿差。我携程上提了要求尽量两间房安排在一起，到了酒店说是没有了，只有中间隔了一个房间的这种，结果上来一看，两间房中间隔了个套房还有个电梯，至少隔了50米，我们带着个小宝宝实在不方便，和前台提了能不能重新安排，前台告知没有房间了，要么就是换到另一幢楼，说旁边在装修，会比较吵，中间沟通了一会，最后说要么加钱两间房间都升级，后来我表达了我的不满，结果又说有两间挨着的房间了，然后换到了同一幢楼的8层。然后晚上一个房间空调坏了，至少半个小时以上才来修。泳池的水温也没那边好。房间还可以，就是园景太坑

在亚龙湾住了几天瑞吉酒店感觉良好，最后一天选择了海棠湾索菲特。酒店装修风格房间设施都很赞，服务也比较热情不比瑞吉差，特别是亲子方面做得比较好，儿童泳池游乐设施丰富，儿子喜欢极了。几年前在西安住过索菲特，几年后在三亚体验还是那么舒服。还有，酒店自助餐很不错，要良心点赞
