这个酒店位置不错，设施齐全，三亚老牌的五星酒店。以前也曾经入住过几次。本来这次假期一家人开开心心快快乐乐的度过。在亲爱的艺龙上预定了房间，并付了钱。然并卵出发前一天无意浏览了下居然说没有订到房间。1没房间您放什么房间？2没房间您凭什么收客人费用？3收了费用没房间为何不告知客人，不是客人多留意了下...4客人按照流程投诉，你们几个受理的人员专业吗？敬业吗？5对于不处理客人投诉的你们有专人负责吗？我6-7年前就是所谓的龙萃会员了！
